A byline name that you set up is published with a submission, giving each submission an author. Your full name is not published with a submission and site visitors do not have access to this information, unless you include it in the fields that display on the page. How can I limit the use of my personal information?

You can also cancel your registration to WCN INTERACTIVE, INC. and/or request the removal of your personal information from our member records by sending email to info@w-c.net . We will send an email to confirm your request. After you respond, we will remove your individual information from our database. Residual information may remain in our archives as well as records necessary for billing history if you made purchases, but this information will not be used for a commercial purpose; we still may notify you of major changes to our service from time to time. We also reserve the right to maintain information on members who violated our policies or who had their access to WCN INTERACTIVE, INC. blocked, so as to detect repeat offenders.

What should I know about submissions and privacy?
You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal information online in a public area, others may collect and use that information. We do not control the actions of our visitors or registered members.
